The Jus Bee team is a collective of mindful creators, wellness practitioners, and technologists who believe that small, intentional pauses can change the way we live. We come together with one shared purpose: to make emotional well-being simple, accessible, and part of everyday life. Blending ancient wisdom with modern tools, we design experiences that help people slow down, breathe deeper, and reconnect with themselves—one gentle moment at a time.

FOUNDER

RADHA RANE

She is a retired banking professional with over 25 years of experience. She has been a working mother juggling her role as a manager of a branch and her parenting duties of raising her three children. While juggling between these two roles, she also somehow managed to continue to learn caranatic singing and teach dance. Retirement didn’t stop her either. She continues to find new ways to keep herself occupied. Dealing with stress and anxiety has been something that she had struggled with, and feels very deeply about this cause. She has been instrumental in finding the right people to make this app a reality.

ANKITA RANE

Anky is a Chartered Accountant with over 10 years of experience. She is currently working with a Private Equity Fund. Having gone through a tough phase herself, she is extremely passionate about the cause for mental health. Through the course of her own therapy, she was able to spend a lot of time on researching different ways to maintain sound mental health. She strongly believes that the world can be a better place if only people could spend more time on loving themselves.

ADITYA MADANAPALLE

Adi is a science and technology journalist with a background in mass media, multimedia technologies and ancient runes. He has over 10 years of experience in graphic design, content creation and web production. He works for a technology magazine where he focuses on making tough scientific concepts easy to understand for school children, apart from covering fintech, startups and regional Indic language apps. He intends to make wellness technologies easily accessible.
